3D stylized character art for games
We build stylized 3D characters that hold up in a real engine build: mesh, materials, rig and a short animation set when you need them. Send the brief and style refs. You get a written scope sheet within 24 hours. Stylized work starts from $1,200; larger scopes get a custom USD quote.

What you get
Stylized game-ready character
Low or mid-poly mesh suited to mobile or PC camera distance. PBR or hand-painted materials, as named in the scope.
Rig and a short animation set
A usable rig plus a written animation list (for example idle, walk, attack, hit, win, or your alternate set). Count and names are fixed in the scope sheet before kickoff.
Engine handover
FBX for Unity or Unreal, plus a Unity prefab when the brief asks for one. Unreal skeletal mesh / Animation Blueprint handover when named in the scope.
Bake and texture when needed
Normal, AO and related maps from a high-detail pass into the game mesh, when the style needs that step. The high-poly contrast sample on this page is a Concept sample only.
How a stylized character project runs
Brief
Style refs, camera distance, target devices, engine, animation list.
Scope sheet within 24 hours
Package path from $1,200, or a custom USD quote for larger scopes.
Funded milestone
50% upfront or Upwork escrow.
Clay or textured approval
Before full animation, when the style is new to us.
Two revision rounds, then handover
Two revision rounds as scoped, then source files and the agreed engine handover.
Stylized vs high-detail (plain language)
A cinematic sculpt is not a game character until it holds a pose in your engine. For stylized work we lock silhouette and proportions early, keep materials readable at game size, and cut what the camera will never see. The turntable Concept samples on this page show that the silhouette still reads when the character turns. No polycounts or performance numbers on this page.
Engines we deliver into
- Unity: FBX + prefab when scoped. Most of our shipping integration work is Unity mobile, including our own PlayTrix titles.
- Unreal: skeletal mesh and basic animation playback when named in the scope.

FAQ
How much does a stylized 3D game character cost?
A stylized 3D character starts from $1,200 in USD, matching our public packages list. Larger scopes get a custom quote. Send style refs, engine, camera distance and the animation list, and you get a scope sheet within 24 hours.
What is usually included?
A game-ready stylized mesh, materials, a rig, and the animation set named in the scope. Delivery format (FBX, Unity prefab, Unreal handover) is written down before kickoff. Anything outside that list is a change request.
Do you work in Unity and Unreal?
Yes. Unity prefab handover is common. Unreal skeletal mesh and animation playback are available when the brief names them. Mixed pipelines are scoped case by case.
Can you match our art style?
Yes. Send style refs and a note on camera distance. For a new style we lock a clay or textured approval before we animate the full set.
Are the characters on this page client work?
No. The stills and turntable frames on this page are labelled Concept sample, not client work. They show capability only. Client names appear only with permission on /work/ or in case studies.
Do you only do stylized characters?
This page is for stylized and game-ready paths. High-detail or cinematic sculpts are custom quote (not the $1,200 package path). The high-poly Concept sample here is only for contrast, not a priced package on this page.
How do revisions work?
Two revision rounds are the default in the scope sheet unless we write a different number. Extra rounds are priced in writing before we start them.
