Sarvotam Solutions (“Sarvotam”, “we”, “us”), a subsidiary of Sarvotam Global Connect, develops and publishes mobile games on Google Play under the developer name PlayTrix Games. Our registered address is 201/B Synergy Tower, Near Vodafone House, Corporate Road, Makarba, Ahmedabad – 380015, India.

This privacy policy applies to our website (https://sarvotamsolutions.com) and to our mobile applications published on Google Play as PlayTrix Games, including Ball Bounce, Parcel Line, Loop Jam, MatchBlock, and any other PlayTrix Games titles that link to this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you use our contact form, request a consultation, book an event meeting, or email us, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, work email, company or studio name, and the contents of your message.

Client project information. When we work with studios and publishers, we may receive project materials such as builds, source code, art assets and analytics data. This information is handled strictly under the applicable service agreement and NDA, is used solely to deliver the engaged services, and is never used for any other purpose.

Mobile apps (PlayTrix Games). When you use our Google Play apps published as PlayTrix Games, we may collect device information, advertising identifiers (for example via Google AdMob), crash and analytics data, and any information you enter in-app. We do not sell personal data.
