MergeLOL is a hybrid-casual puzzle game where players shoot numbered cubes featuring funny meme faces into the play area. When two identical cubes collide, they merge into a higher-value cube with a new meme face. Players aim to create the highest cube possible while managing space and using power-ups like bombs to clear obstacles and increase their score.
Players drag on the screen to aim the cube’s direction and release to shoot it into the play area. The control system provides smooth and responsive aiming for strategic merges.
When two cubes with identical numbers collide, they merge into a higher-value cube. The merge creates progression and increases difficulty gradually.
Each cube level features a different meme face design. As players merge cubes, they unlock funnier and more expressive faces. This adds humor and keeps the gameplay visually engaging.
Special power-ups appear randomly during gameplay to help players clear space. Bomb power-ups can destroy surrounding cubes instantly.
Players earn points whenever cubes merge successfully. Higher-number cubes generate larger score rewards, motivating players to aim for higher merges.
Cubes follow realistic physics while falling, colliding, and stacking. Players must manage cube placement to prevent overflow.
The game ends when stacked cubes reach the top boundary of the play area. Players receive a final score and performance summary.
Players can earn rewards or watch ads to continue gameplay after failure. Rewards may include power-ups or extra chances, increasing engagement and retention.
Dozens of stacked physics cubes colliding, settling and merging — in a merge game, one tunneled cube or missed merge breaks player trust instantly, and every merged pair spawns fresh meme-face content that has to appear without a hitch.
Fast shots use continuous collision detection so cubes can’t tunnel through the stack. Merge resolution is deterministic — colliding pairs lock before merging so simultaneous impacts can never double-merge. Meme faces render from a canvas atlas, and cubes plus score VFX recycle through pools as stacks grow toward the fail line.
Merges that land every single time, stacks that settle naturally under real physics, and meme progression that streams in smoothly right up to the game-over boundary — plus a revival loop that keeps sessions going.
