Position Overview:
Sarvotam Solutions is looking for a Game Designer to design creative and engaging levels and gameplay for some of our top gaming projects. As a Game Designer, you will bring a fresh perspective, creativity, and strategic thinking, ensuring a measurable impact on the game and overall design.
What You’ll Do:
🔷 Collaborate with Game Developers, UX designers, engineers, and product managers to design and implement new game features.
🔷 Build and lead the execution of fun, engaging in-game events and content to enhance player experience.
🔷 Develop clear and comprehensive game design documentation for game features and content.
🔷 Analyze and apply qualitative and quantitative feedback to refine game balance and design.
What You Bring:
🔷 2-4 years of experience in mobile game design, including work on a game in live operations.
🔷 Experience creating in-game content tailored to specific player audiences.
🔷 Strong understanding of game economy balance and tuning.
Ability to write clear and concise specifications, user flows, and feature documentation.
🔷 Experience designing complex game systems is a plus.
🔷 In-depth knowledge of free-to-play (F2P) game mechanics.
🔷 Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and game balancing.
🔷 Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
